The Laguiole Lab surprises with a new concept of Laboratory. The order of factors was inverted: inputs are delivered daily by small local and organic producers, and from them, daily menus are created by the Chef Ricardo Lapeyre. The aim is to maximize the origin and freshness of the products and the Chef creativity. The final proposal is a true gastronomic experience in 4 different stages for a fixed price of R$ 150,00.

It has received all the major wine list awards in the world, was voted the best in Latin America and has created a legacy of recognition for vehicles such as Wine Spectator, Veja Rio Comer & Beber, Rio Show and Gula over the years. Laguiole Lab is known for discovering and spreading the city's most important Chefs. Ricardo Lapeyre was one of them and nowadays he returns to the house with the challenge of the innovative Laboratory model, being responsible for creating more than 60 weekly recipes.

Events Laguiole

The entire Laguiole Lab’s environment and it’s balcony can also be fully privatized for your own event.

A taylor made menu is created for each occasion, turning gastronomy into a huge point of the party. Ideal for all kinds of social and corporate events, such as: celebrations, reunions, presentations, weddgins, baptized, birthdays and private partys.

The restaurant also possess a private room por executive reunions up to 16 people, and it’s possible to book it with exclusivity.

Laguiole can also goes to your home or event with the Laguiole Buffet service. With expertise in major events such as Rock in Rio, Sapucaí VIP area in 2019, 2018 and 2017, 2016 Olympics and 2014 World Cup. Waiters, staff and kitchen service, and all tableware such as crockery, plates, glasses and cutlery, we take care of all the details for you.
